Cancel/Change Order Policy

At PocaTeez, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipment, and we will be unable to make changes or cancellations.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible through the βContact Usβ page on our website or by emailing Support@pocateez.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.
Important Information:
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase. PocaTeez is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
