Shipping Carriers
PocaTeez partners with reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. While we work diligently with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Below are the estimated delivery timelines:

Important Notes:
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff time 5:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
- Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the customization.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-7 days for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.
Incorrect Address Policy
To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays. If we need to contact you for updates, your order processing may be delayed.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the order is returned to our shipping partner’s warehouse due to an incorrect address, it may be disposed of.
- A re-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
- If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, PocaTeez is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
